The 2-story building is located at 499 N El Camino Real in Encinitas, adjacent to the Center for Surgery of Encinitas. Scripps Memorial Hospital of Encinitas is just three miles to the west making this an ideal location for medical offices.

The 3-story building is located 4150 Regents Park Row in the La Jolla/UTC area, in close proximity to Scripps Memorial, UCSD Thornton, Scripps Green and the VA Hospital. The project is home to a variety of existing medical practices including OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastic surgery and dentists.
